Carrie Parks

Carrie is thrilled to be reprising her role as Grand Duchess Anastasia in The Student Prince. She last appeared in the role in 2015 with Toronto Operetta Theatre. She has also had the privilege of appearing as Giulietta in The Tales of Hoffman and Ariadne in Ariadne Auf Naxos with Summer Opera Lyric Theatre. Roles with Toronto City Opera include Rosalinda in Die Fledermaus, Amelia in Un Ballo in Maschera, Fiordiligi in CosÌ Fan Tutte, and Berta in The Barber of Seville.In Kingston, where she grew up, she appeared in several operettas such as The Gondoliers, The Mikado, The Pirates of Penzance, and HMS Pinafore. She has also performed in several musical theatre productions including Fiddler on the Roof, A Chorus Line, Joseph, Evita, and Camelot.
